Protected clients from creditors' attempts to pierce the corporate veil, including one suit against the principals of an insolvent corporation for debts in excess of a million dollars.

Successfully prosecuted a Class action lawsuit for consumer (mortgage) fraud and related claims including but not limited to forgery. Clients were mostly members of The Ramapo Mountain Indians, an Indian Tribe who filed suit against a home improvement contractor and a verity of mortgage originators and assignees who funded illegal home improvement contracts.

Prosecuted spoliation of evidence claims for destruction of County's four separate arraignment lists and calendars all the way up to The U.S. Supreme Court. Case arose out of a civil rights suit where client and others similarly situated were not arraigned for approximately 30 days following incarceration.

Completed trials and advised clients on issues pertaining to restrictive providence, trade secrets and confidential client lists/information.
